haha, i didn't expect THAT
i really liked the idea. i'm not sure whether the mentos theme helped the movie or not. but, i enjoyed this a lot. i think the only thing that's holding this movie down right now are the graphics.
also, what was your art teacher tryin' to teach/accomplish with that assignment? lol
p.s. to reviewer "goatasaur:" interesting point, but it does make you sound like a nerd, lol. it's all good, i'm a nerd too.

haha i was a bit confused about the subtitles myself... i've never played wind waker so i have no clue who ganon is, but it was hard for me to pay attention to the graphics/animation cuz i was paying too much attention to the guy's voice. i probably would've enjoyed the movie more if i didn't know korean. i was just really surprised because the only flash movie i've seen in the past that includes anything about the korean language was the "boombastick" series. it was a nice surprise.
ANYWHO, as petewardius stated, i too agree that the tone of ganon's voice went very well with your movie, hell_prescribed. the fact that this is all hand drawn is awesome. nice work.

i haven't seen your other two movies, but this movie was just absolutely enjoyable and hilarious. the cashier segment was killing me. i love your clever use of subtle humor/detail. stepping aside from the humor, the graphics/animation were awesome, especially on the characters.
if i HAD to give any sort of criticism for this movie, it would be your excessive use of outlines. i think the characters and environment would look a lot better if you got rid of some of those outlines, or maybe even just thinning them down. but, other than that, this movie is near flawless. give yourself a pat on the back.

wow, don't know how this isn't #1
besides the really nice graphics and animation, the style you use is really tight. there's a lot of little things in this flash movie that help the movie significantly (e.g. the animation of the woman screaming in the beginning with the music, the transition from the pile of enemies to the B&W security monitor). this is just absolutely a really, really solid flash movie. superb job.
you make sprites look awesome
i loved how you added some of your own style with the sprites (e.g. the rays of light that come through when bowser breaks down the castle wall, the depth in those torpedo cannons and blue columns). really nice composition. i'm gonna go watch part 1 now.
p.s. my only criticism would be the file size.

"we don't have legs" LOL! funny stuff. i felt that the 'overly-confident-yet-stupid enemy' joke was kinda used too much, but the two little robots were humorous. it kinda seemed weird that the two little robots were the only characters with voices. but, anyway, entertaining movie!

- i don't know if you've ever played this game, but this movie reminded me a lot of "soldat."
- i loved the subtle 3D elements (the corpses hitting the computer screen) you added to the movie. it gave it a very nice touch.
